No we do not need your SIM card but without it we can­not ful­ly test your device.

What is the repair process?

When you visit us for cell­p­ho­ne repair or tablet repair, we will review your device and pro­vi­de an initi­al assess­ment of the pro­blem. Based on the pro­blem, we can offer a free esti­ma­te and time when you can expect to pick up your repai­red mobi­le device. Depen­ding on the seve­ri­ty of the pro­blem, you are free to wait or return later for pick up. If it loo­ks like it is a lar­ger job than same day tur­naround, we will let you know right away.

What happens if my data cannot be recovered ?

Unfor­tu­n­a­te­ly the­re are such cases if the device is too bad­ly dama­ged or the data has been des­troy­ed. In such a case we’ll sim­ply ask you to cover the return ship­ping fee to cou­rier your pho­ne or tablet back to you.

What about my sim card ?

Typi­cal­ly we do not requi­re the sim card from the pho­ne, howe­ver most sim cards are used to store con­ta­cts and so may pro­ve valu­able if this is the type of data your are loo­king for. Plea­se speak to our team if you are unsu­re.

We only use 100% genui­ne parts whe­re pos­si­ble. If ori­gi­nal parts are not avail­ab­le we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same fac­to­ries that pro­du­ce the parts.
